Entrustment of Customer Service Center Operations of the Bureau of Transportation of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government

In February of 2016, NTT Marketing ACT undertook the operation of two customer service centers of the Bureau of Transportation of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (Toei). The operation outline is as follows.

1.Lost and Found Center Service Operations

Outline of Operations

  • Classification of lost articles delivered from metropolitan transportation stations and offices, and management operations.
  • Reception at customer service windows to assist owners of lost items or those who have found lost items.
  • Operation of telephone assistance related to lost items.
  • Transfer of lost items to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department Lost & Found Center.

2.Call Center Service Operations

Outline of Operations

  • Reception of Inquiries from Toei Subway and Toei Bus users
  • Reception of overflow calls at the Lost & Found Center
